Welcome to Rockingham Colliery Cricket Club, a distinguished cricket institution nestled in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Established in 1874, our club boasts a rich heritage and a commitment to fostering cricketing excellence.

With a dynamic setup comprising 4 Senior and 12 junior teams – including 3 girls teams – spanning from U9’s to U17’s, our dedication to nurturing talent across all age groups stands as a testament to our passion for the sport. Our senior teams showcase their prowess in the Yorkshire Cricket Southern Premier League Championship, Division 4, Division 8, and the Barnsley District Sunday League's Sunday XI.

Proudly, our Women & Girls section actively participates in the South Yorkshire Softball and Hardball leagues, marking their second year in the esteemed Yorkshire Women & Girls Premier League. We eagerly seek experienced players to bolster our squads, ensuring continued success and growth.
